Right to Withdraw from the Contract and Return of Handmade Products

SIMPLU Ceramics products are handcrafted and made to order, with the creative process restarted for each individual piece. Therefore, every object is unique, and slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur compared to the photographs on the website. These differences are not defects but rather a reflection of the artisanal nature of the product.

According to current legislation (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights):

  • Products made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., special dimensions, engravings, color combinations created upon request) cannot be returned.

  • Standard products from the SIMPLU Ceramics collections, even if handmade to order, may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return Procedure

To return a product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send a written request to the email address office@simpluceramics.ro.

  2. You will receive a return form by email, which must be completed and included in the package.

  3. The products must be sent by courier to the following address:
    FINEART SRL – Iași County, Valea Lupului Village, Valea Lupului Commune, Fdc. Magnoliei, No. 7, Romania.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If the product arrives damaged during transport or shows manufacturing defects, the return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by FINEART SRL.

Refunds

After the returned product has been received and inspected, its value will be refunded to the customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the original order (unless otherwise agreed).

If you choose to exchange the product, the new delivery time will be communicated individually.

Final Conditions

  • Returned products must be in the same condition as when received: without any signs of use, chips, or cracks.

  • Customized products made at the customer’s specific request cannot be returned.

  • For standard products, slight variations in color or shape resulting from the artisanal process do not constitute grounds for return.
