Shipping Policy – SIMPLU Ceramics

SIMPLU Ceramics products are not mass-produced and are not available in stock. Each piece is handcrafted to order through a meticulous artisanal process: shaping the clay, natural drying, high-temperature firing, and glazing.

For this reason, the production and delivery time is on average 10–14 business days. However, during busy periods or for complex orders, the timeframe may be longer.

Once the creative process is completed, products are shipped exclusively via courier and reach you within a few business days.

Your order is processed after production is completed, and the parcel is picked up by the courier and delivered to the address specified in the order form.
You will be notified by SMS or email once your package has been shipped.

Payment can be made online at the time of order placement.

Because our products are handmade and made to order, delivery does not occur “the next day” as with standard products.
The average dispatch time is 10–14 business days from order confirmation.

During peak periods (promotional campaigns, holidays, high demand), the processing time may extend up to 20 business days.

In exceptional situations (very high order volume, difficult transport conditions, public holidays), additional delays may occur.
In all cases, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your order.
