Welcome to the SIMPLU Ceramics Platform

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website or placing an order. Accessing and using the platform implies full acceptance of this document.

Platform operator:
UMBRELLA MANAGEMENT SRL – manages the online SIMPLU Ceramics platform based on an intermediation contract with Fineart SRL. Umbrella is not the merchant of the products but provides the technical sales infrastructure.

2. Scope

These terms define the conditions under which customers may order products made by Fineart SRL through the SIMPLU Ceramics platform. The sales contract is concluded directly between the customer and Fineart SRL.

3. Products and Orders

The products displayed on the website are handmade and made to order, and each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, size, or texture may occur compared to the displayed images—these differences represent the authenticity of the artisanal process.

To place an order:

  1. Add the desired products to your cart.

  2. Fill in your delivery and billing details.

  3. Complete your order by making the payment.

After payment confirmation, you will receive an email with the order details. Fineart SRL reserves the right to accept or reject orders depending on availability.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed include VAT. Shipping costs are added separately and are shown before order completion.
Payments are processed through authorized payment processors (e.g., Netopia, PayU, Stripe), ensuring transaction security.

5. Delivery

All products are handmade and made to order. The average delivery time is 10–14 business days, depending on the production volume. The exact delivery time will be communicated via the confirmation email.
Deliveries are made within Romania via express courier.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

SIMPLU Ceramics products are handmade to order after the customer submits an online request. Each object is individually crafted through the same artisanal process, giving it uniqueness and authenticity.

For this reason, according to Article 16(c) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned.

Your order marks the beginning of a creative process – the clay is shaped, fired, and glazed especially for you. Each piece thus becomes a unique object, designed to bring warmth and beauty into your space.

However, if a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and Fineart SRL will arrange for replacement or a full refund. Return shipping costs will be covered by us in such cases.

7. Warranty and Compliance

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Law no. 449/2003, valid for 2 years. Any non-conformity can be reported to: office@simpluceramics.ro.
